From Legal Practice to Books and Life in Tbilisi
For more than twenty years, I worked as an attorney in Saint Petersburg, where careful analysis, responsibility and attention to detail shaped my professional approach.
In 2023, I moved to Tbilisi, expecting it to be temporary. The city became home, inspired my writing and opened a new chapter centred on books, relocation and life in Georgia.

Good decisions begin with clarity
Moving to another country is never just about documents or finding a place to live.
It is about making confident decisions, understanding the unknown and creating a life that feels like home.
My role is to help make that journey clearer, calmer and better prepared.

I came for a little while.
The city had other plans.
Tbilisi Was Meant to Be Temporary
I arrived in Tbilisi in 2023, planning to stay for a little while.
Then there were neighbours who seemed to know everything, taxi drivers who had already chosen the best route, hot bread that never made it home untouched and conversations that always lasted longer than expected.
I began writing down these small moments. Gradually, they became Nobody Told Me About Tbilisi – a collection of thirty warm and quietly humorous stories about the city beyond the guidebooks.
Tbilisi also opened a new professional direction. Today, I write and offer practical guidance on relocation and property, helping people approach important decisions in Georgia with greater clarity.

Let’s Begin with a Conversation
Whether you are planning a move, looking for a long-term home or considering property in Georgia, a clear plan can make the next step feel much more manageable.
I offer practical, thoughtful guidance shaped by legal experience and my own relocation to Tbilisi.
